Refund Policy

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date — no reason needed.

Standard and Pro start with a 7-day free trial. You can cancel any time during the trial and won't be charged.

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle. To request one, visit paddle.net and look up your order, or email us at tradesmart208@gmail.com and we'll help.

You can cancel your subscription at any time. After cancelling you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. This policy doesn't limit any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
